Robert Walters Japan: Salary Survey Prize Lucky Draw
Robert Walters Japan (“RWJ”), is the organiser of this lucky draw campaign (“Campaign”).
1. Eligibility
Participants must reside in Japan and be 18 years of age or older. Proof of age and residence may be requested from the selected winner.
2. Campaign Period
The Campaign runs from 10 October 2025 to 22 October 2025 (both dates inclusive, based on Tokyo Time (JST)). Entries received before or after the Campaign period will not be counted.
3. Entry Rules
Each participant is allowed one (1) entry per unique email address. Multiple submissions using the same email address will be counted as a single entry.
RWJ will not be held responsible for any incorrect or incomplete information submitted, or for registration issues arising from factors beyond its control.
4. Prize Details and Conditions
The prize is non-transferable, and no cash or other alternatives will be offered.
5. Winner Selection and Notification
The selected winner will be notified by email within fourteen (14) days of the draw.
The selected winner must respond and claim the prize within thirty (30) days of the notification. RWJ shall not be held responsible for any delays in response or prize collection.
If the selected winner:
(i) does not respond or fails to claim the prize within thirty (30) days of notification;
(ii) fails to meet the eligibility criteria; or
(iii) unable to provide the required verification;
the prize will be forfeited. In such cases, RWJ may select an alternate winner using the same random process or donate the unclaimed prize to a registered charity, at its sole discretion.
RWJ reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any entries it deems to be fraudulent, manipulated, or otherwise invalid.
RWJ’s decision in all matters relating to winner selection and eligibility shall be final and binding.
6. Others
By entering the Campaign, the participants agree to these terms and consent to the collection and use of their personal data as stated in accordance with Robert Walters’ Privacy Policy.
RWJ reserves the right to amend these terms, change the prize, or cancel the draw at any time.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RWJ excludes any and all liability (including any indirect or consequential losses) arising from or in relation to the Campaign, or the accepting or using of any prize, including but not limited to any loss incurred as a result of any delay and/or failure to perform any obligation to the winner or other entrants, howsoever caused.
