1. To be eligible to receive a ¥50,000 referral bonus (the “Reward”), all of the following conditions must be met:
(1) The individual making the referral (the “Referrer”) must be a dispatch contractor employed by Robert Walters Japan K.K. (“Robert Walters”) at the time of the referral;
(2) The individual being referred (the “Referred Individual”) must:
a) Not already be registered as a candidate with Robert Walters at the time of the referral.
b) Secure a dispatch contractor position exclusively through Robert Walters and commence their assignment at a Robert Walters client within six (6) months of registration.
c) Remain employed as a dispatch contractor with Robert Walters for a minimum of three (3) consecutive months;
(3) The Referrer must still be employed as a dispatch contractor by Robert Walters at the time the Reward is paid; and
(4) For the avoidance of doubt, this campaign does not apply to any Referred Individual who was engaged as a dispatched contractor for a cumulative period of one month or less.
2. If the Referrer is deemed eligible for the Reward, Robert Walters shall notify the Referrer (the “Notification”) and make payment within three (3) months of the Notification.
3. The Reward of ¥50,000 is stated as a gross amount and will be subject to any applicable statutory deductions.
4. The Reward is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash.
5. Robert Walters makes no representations or warranties regarding the quality, suitability, or merchantability of the Reward. To the extent permitted by law, Robert Walters shall not be liable for any loss or damage (including direct or consequential loss) or personal injury arising in connection with participation in the campaign or acceptance of the Reward.
6. The Referrer must obtain the explicit consent of the Referred Individual before sharing their personal information with Robert Walters. Referrals must be made voluntarily and without coercion.
7. The Referrer shall not act on behalf of Robert Walters in any way to establish or facilitate an employment agreement with the Referred Individual.
8. This campaign may be amended or terminated at any time without prior notice. In the event of termination, the Referrer will no longer be eligible to participate or receive any associated benefits, including e-gift cards or prize draws. For the avoidance of doubt, this does not affect the Reward that has already been processed, issued, or awarded.
