プロダクトマネージャー/ Product Manager
An international medical-grade skincare company is looking for a Product Manager. The selected candidate will manage the product lifecycle, lead new product launches, develop marketing assets, execute GWP and sampling programmes, and plan promotional campaigns for medical institutions. This is a hybrid setup role.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage new product launch plans aligned with the annual marketing calendar and mid-term portfolio strategy
- Lead end-to-end launch execution including SKU planning, pricing, quantities, sales readiness, marketing assets, and post-launch follow-up
- Coordinate with Sales, Regulatory, SCM, Customer Service, and external agencies to ensure smooth product launches
- Gather feedback from physicians, patients, and sales teams to identify product improvements and adjustments
- Monitor post-launch inventory and sales performance and adjust promotional or supply strategies as needed
- Lead packaging, labelling, product guides, FAQs, sales tools, brochures, and other marketing asset development while ensuring regulatory compliance and brand consistency
- Plan and execute GWP and sampling programmes including quantity planning, material production, distribution, and rollout timelines
- Analyse programme performance and feedback to optimise future GWP and sampling initiatives
- Develop and manage annual promotional campaign calendars and design campaign mechanics, conditions, and eligible SKUs
- Coordinate campaign materials and execution with Sales, Customer Service, SCM, and Finance teams
- Measure campaign performance using sales data and field feedback and recommend improvements
- Manage schedules and priorities across multiple concurrent marketing projects
- Respond to additional marketing-related tasks assigned by the Head of Marketing
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- More than 5 years of experience in product marketing or brand management within the cosmetics, skincare, or consumer healthcare industry
- More than 3 years of experience leading end-to-end new product launches, including planning, cross-functional coordination, and hands-on execution
- Experience managing packaging, labelling, and promotional material development with regulatory and design agencies
- Experience planning and executing GWP, sampling, or trade promotion campaigns for medical clinics or retail channels
- Experience managing initiatives with creative agencies, PR agencies, and production vendors
- Experience analysing marketing performance data and preparing reports for continuous improvement
- Ability to listen to medical professionals and sales teams and incorporate their insights into marketing initiatives
- Ability to take ownership of product launches and campaign rollouts
- Native level Japanese; business level English
Preferred requirements:
- Experience working in a multinational or global organisation
- Background in aesthetic medicine or related medical or beauty industries
