プロジェクトマネージャー/ Project Manager

An international creative communications agency is looking for a Project Manager. The successful candidate will coordinate creative projects from proposal through delivery, manage project execution, and collaborate with clients, internal teams, and external partners in an international environment.

Responsibilities:

• Support the preparation of client proposals, presentations, quotations, and pitch materials
• Conduct market, client, and industry research to support project planning using AI tools
• Coordinate project execution from kickoff through final delivery
• Manage project schedules, budgets, scope, resources, and project documentation
• Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for clients and stakeholders
• Build strong relationships with clients, internal teams, and external partners to ensure successful project delivery
• Identify project risks and implement solutions to keep projects on track

Requirements:

• 4-5 years of experience in project management or project coordination within a creative agency or production company
• Experience supporting client proposals, quotations, project planning, and creative production workflows
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, project management tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence or similar), and AI-powered productivity tools
• Business level Japanese; professional level English
