マーケティングスペシャリスト/ Marketing Expert

A renowned food brand is looking for a Marketing Expert. The selected candidate will lead assigned product development from concept to launch, working closely with chefs, suppliers, and internal teams to drive sales growth.

Responsibilities:

• Lead assigned product development from concept planning to launch and review
• Develop product and packaging concepts based on company strategy and consumer insights
• Coordinate with chefs, Japan-based teams, OEM suppliers, and relevant departments
• Brief PR, VMD, customer relations, promotion, and sales teams on new products
• Manage COGS and expense budgets for assigned products
• Conduct post-launch reviews and propose plans for the following year

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• More than 3 years marketing experience, including new product development in consumer goods (foods or beverage is ideal)
• Experience as a Product Manager
• Business level English; native level Japanese
