A renowned manufacturing company is looking for an Insights Lead. The selected candidate will lead consumer and customer insights, translating market data into recommendations for brand, commercial, pricing and portfolio decisions.

Responsibilities:

• Lead market and customer insights activities
• Analyse customer and market trends
• Plan and manage research activities
• Translate findings into actionable business recommendations
• Coordinate insights frameworks, tools and reporting
• Develop dashboards and reports for management
• Collaborate with commercial teams on business planning

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in marketing, business, statistics, or a related quantitative domain
• More than 8 years of experience in consumer / customer insights, analytics, or market research roles
• Experience in FMCG, consumer durables, DTC, or subscription-led businesses
• Background in quantitative and qualitative research, dashboarding, and performance tracking
• Possess valid certification in market research, analytics, or consumer behavior
• Proficient in English (TOEIC 800+)

Preferred requirements:

• Experience in multi-country or regional setups
