A renowned event management company is looking for a Senior Manager, Strategic Marketing. The selected candidate will lead strategic marketing initiatives, drive portfolio growth, and optimise event positioning and performance.

Responsibilities:

• Develop strategic marketing direction for an event portfolio aligned with business growth objectives
• Analyse market trends, competitor activity, customer insights, sales performance, and visitor behaviour to identify growth opportunities
• Define event positioning, value propositions, audience strategies, and market expansion plans
• Establish sales and visitor targets, marketing budgets, channel strategies, and key initiatives with the Marketing Lead
• Collaborate with Event Directors and Leads to develop innovative marketing strategies and guide portfolio-level planning
• Monitor marketing performance, conversion rates, customer engagement, NPS, and ROI while advising Marketing Leads on campaign optimisation and future growth plans

Requirements:

• More than 15 years of all-round marketing experience
• Experience in developing and growth-focused marketing strategies
• Prior experience managing multiple industries, brands, events, or business lines
• Proven experience working with senior stakeholders and influencing strategic business decisions
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership skills
