マーケティングプロジェクトマネージャー/ Marketing Project Manager

A leading real estate company is seeking a Marketing Project Manager. The successful candidate will oversee marketing projects from planning to completion, managing budgets, timelines, creative development, digital marketing activities and external partners.

Responsibilities:

• Manage marketing projects from initial planning through to completion
• Oversee project timelines, budgets, deliverables and priorities
• Coordinate internal teams, clients, designers, architects, agencies and external vendors
• Contribute to marketing strategy and creative direction
• Manage website development, SEO, content, social media and creative production projects
• Monitor project budgets, invoices and project-related accounting

Requirements:

• More than 3 years of experience in marketing, with a strong background in project management and stakeholder coordination
• Proven ability to independently manage multiple marketing projects and deliverables
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, content, website development, social media and creative production
• Experience managing website projects, CMS platforms and digital marketing activities
• Experience managing marketing budgets, invoices and project-related accounting
• Strong communication skills when liaising with clients, creative teams, developers, agencies and external vendors
• Native level Japanese; business level English

Preferred requirements:

• Experience working with luxury brands, real estate, hospitality or other premium brands
