オンラインマーケティングマネージャー/ Online Marketing Manager

A renowned provider of PC and mobile peripherals is looking for an Online Marketing Manager. The selected candidate will lead Japan’s online business strategy, drive eCommerce revenue growth, and optimise marketplace and D2C performance.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute Japan’s online business strategy across marketplace and D2C channels
• Drive sales growth and sell-out performance across online channels
• Build short, medium, and long-term sales strategies and ensure timely execution
• Manage revenue forecasts, performance reporting, and financial targets across customers and channels
• Collaborate with HQ, regional teams, local marketing, and agencies to deliver annual plans and global strategies
• Optimise shopper conversion through digital best practices, ratings and reviews, shopper insights, and analytics

Requirements:

• More than 5 years of sales planning experience (forecasting, monitoring and reporting business metrics)
• More than 5 years of experience in selling consumer products (HW devices, in EC space is a plus)
• Understanding of digital reseller marketing landscape and best practice
• Knowledge of channel margin, rebate, campaign, etc.
• Skilled in data driven digital marketing programs
• Proficient in digital ads operating
• Good mindset for web UI/UX
• Native level Japanese; business level English

Preferred requirements:

• Experience in IT industry as sales/marketing
