マーケティングマネージャー/ Marketing Manager

A global medical devices company is looking for a Marketing Manager. The selected candidate will drive growth initiatives, product launches, cross-functional technology development and market engagement with customers, clinical experts and global teams.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies across key product areas
• Drive marketing initiatives to support business growth and product development
• Build relationships with customers, industry professionals and key stakeholders
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to support strategic projects
• Manage strategic initiatives and monitor their progress and performance
• Evaluate business opportunities and support investment decisions
• Lead marketing activities including product planning, launches, communications and events
• Gather market and customer insights to support business and product development
• Develop go-to-market strategies to maximise commercial opportunities
• Work with global teams to support successful product launches and marketing execution

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in business
• More than 5 years of experience in the medical device industry
• Experience in a marketing role
• Proven marketing technical expertise (product development, product launch, KOL management, etc.)

Preferred requirements:

• Background in development and launch of a new products and capitals
• Understanding of Neuromodulation
• Professional level verbal and written English (TOEIC 700+)
