A global climate technology company is looking for a Marketing Manager. The selected candidate will drive marketing strategy, brand visibility, customer engagement, and lead generation across multiple channels.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing strategies that support customer acquisition and business growth
• Strengthen brand awareness through targeted campaigns, partnerships, and content initiatives
• Create and localise marketing materials while maintaining consistent brand standards
• Plan and deliver webinars, conferences, trade shows, and other customer-facing events
• Manage digital platforms and analyse performance metrics to improve campaign effectiveness
• Coordinate partner campaigns and align marketing activities with product, leadership, and business development teams

Requirements:

• Experience with lead flow automation tools, preferably HubSpot, and related CRM systems
• Prior experience managing websites, social media channels, and other physical and digital marketing assets
• Strong visual communication and copywriting skills
