マーケティング・コミュニケーションマネージャー/ Marketing & Communications Manager
A multinational consumer goods company is looking for a Marketing & Communications Manager. The selected candidate will develop and execute marketing strategies, lead brand communications, manage the marketing team, and collaborate with global and local stakeholders to drive business growth.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies for the Japanese market in alignment with the global brand framework
- Collaborate with the Swiss headquarters to localise global strategies and maximise brand value in Japan
- Partner with internal departments to develop and implement short, mid, and long-term business action plans
- Manage the Marketing Department and oversee marketing, communications, and CSR initiatives
- Collaborate with global Sales, Marketing, Product, and other teams to design and implement market-specific initiatives
- Represent the Japan business in global meetings and share local performance, market challenges, and consumer trends
- Develop strategies that align with global direction while adapting to Japanese business practices and consumer behaviour
- Plan and execute annual marketing strategies and promotional budgets
- Manage integrated marketing activities including store VMD, seasonal campaigns, trade shows, consumer events, PR, and digital advertising
- Set KPIs and drive initiatives to achieve business objectives
- Co-develop mid-term business plans and sales strategies with Sales and Retail leaders
- Lead cross-functional execution of strategies and drive continuous improvement through PDCA cycles
- Plan and execute CSR programmes and socially impactful promotions
- Promote corporate image through sponsorships and partnerships
- Manage risk and crisis communications
Requirements:
- More than 5 years of experience in marketing and communications within a global company
- Proven experience in brand strategy development and execution
- Team management experience as a team leader or manager
- Business level English
Preferred requirements:
- Experience in the consumer goods industry
- Hands-on experience in digital marketing, PR, and event planning
- Knowledge of VMD and promotional tool production
