営業・マーケティングマネージャー APAC/ Sales & Marketing Manager APAC

An international cosmetics ingredient company is looking for a Sales & Marketing Manager APAC. The selected candidate will lead regional sales initiatives, build client relationships, and drive business growth across the APAC region through technical presentations and strategic collaboration.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct direct calls and technical presentations to key cosmetic R&D clients across APAC, including Japan, India, China, and Korea
• Participate in regional trade shows
• Initiate and coordinate technical seminars with the application lab and R&D teams across APAC
• Collaborate with global sales and marketing teams to share insights, adopt new technologies, and align regional strategies
• Build and develop APAC teams to enhance customer service and operational performance
• Maintain strong relationships with key ingredient suppliers and agents to ensure consistent collaboration

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration, Marketing, Chemical, or Chemical Engineering
• More than 5 years of experience in sales and marketing management within the cosmetic ingredient industry
• Proven track record in both domestic and international business across APAC markets such as India, China, Korea, and Southeast Asia
