チャンネルマネージャー/ Channel Manager

A global IoT solutions provider is hiring a Channel Manager – Japan. The selected candidate will lead partner program strategy and execution to scale AI enablement across partner ecosystems.

Responsibilities:

• Define and drive partner enablement strategy aligned with AI adoption goals
• Identify key partner competencies and growth milestones to support transformation
• Align partner benefits, incentives, and investments with company outcomes
• Build and manage a global community of partners through content, events, and collaboration platforms
• Execute strategic initiatives and track results for continuous improvement
• Monitor partner performance through metrics like revenue influence, certifications, and community engagement

Requirements:

• Experience in partner/channel management (industrial software, data, or AI domains)
• Prior experience building and managing a partner ecosystem based on capability, capacity, commitment, and cloud-readiness
• Knowledge of the partner transition journey (from on-premise to cloud, and from system integrator to AI enabler)
• Ability and willingness to travel
• Business level Japanese; proficient in English
