マーケットインサイト＆BIマネージャー/ Market Insights & BI Manager

A global consumer goods company is looking for a Market Insights & BI Manager. The selected candidate will drive data-driven insights, market intelligence, and performance reporting to support strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities:

• Lead market performance tracking and deliver timely business updates
• Manage competitor intelligence and develop forward-looking insights
• Conduct ad hoc analysis to support commercial and strategic decisions
• Translate data into clear narratives and actionable recommendations
• Build insight solutions using digital, sales, and consumer data
• Collaborate cross-functionally to define key business questions and insight needs

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in marketing, business administration, social sciences, analytics, or related field
• More than 5 years of experience in a similar role (market research, consumer insights, BI, or digital analytics)
• Experience designing and delivering both qualitative and quantitative research
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Fluent level English and Japanese

Preferred requirements:

• Experience on both agency and/or client side
• Knowledge of Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Sprinklr, Similarweb, PowerBI, or search analytics platforms
