マーケティングマネージャー/ Marketing Manager

A multinational medical device manufacturer is looking for a Marketing Manager. The selected candidate will lead marketing strategy development and execution for new and existing urology products.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing plans and initiatives aligned with sales goals
• Create strategies for product launch, key account management, and field support
• Support sales teams through training programs and on-site customer visits
• Plan and execute promotional events, workshops, and congress participation
• Create and implement marketing materials based on customer and sales input
• Manage product lifecycle and support product-related activities

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in marketing, business or a relevant domain (MBA is ideal)
• Experience in medical device marketing
• Knowledge of the healthcare industry
• Familiarity with medical device (urology, radiation, and therapy)
• Understanding with regulatory requirements for medical device marketing
• Skilled in digital marketing tools and platforms
• Ability and willingness to travel
