マーケティングエグゼクティブディレクター/ Executive Director Marketing

A global financial services company is looking for an Executive Director, Japan Marketing within its asset management business. The selected candidate will develop and execute Japan marketing strategies, strengthen brand awareness, drive client engagement and support business growth through digital, data-driven and integrated marketing activities.

Responsibilities:

• Set marketing goals and success metrics aligned with local business objectives
• Develop and execute Japan marketing strategies to drive business growth and efficiency
• Build brand awareness as a global asset manager and ETF provider in Japan
• Execute marketing campaigns for client acquisition and relationship building
• Promote product diversification to support sales conversion
• Plan and execute digital marketing initiatives to enhance customer engagement and sales conversion
• Use digital, technology and data to accelerate growth and differentiate marketing activities
• Manage local corporate communications and public relations
• Conduct market research and monitor brand and marketing performance against competitors
• Evaluate the performance of marketing activities and identify opportunities for improvement

Requirements:

• Extensive marketing experience driving business growth
• Proven track record of transforming business and marketing through data and digital
• Ability to communicate complex concepts effectively to senior management
• Excellent digital marketing knowledge
• Strong quantitative skills and a client-focused mindset
• Fluent level Japanese and English

Preferred requirements:

• Experience in asset management or investment marketing
