マーケティングディレクター/ Marketing Director

An international flexible workspace provider is looking for a Marketing Director. The selected candidate will shape Japan’s marketing strategy, oversee go-to-market execution, manage marketing investment, and drive lead generation and performance across multiple business units. This is a contract role.

Responsibilities:

• Develop integrated marketing strategies across flexible workspace, ecosystem programs, and expansion initiatives
• Build and steer go-to-market plans for new center and program launches in Japan
• Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources against commercial priorities and targets
• Direct local teams and partners across brand, PR, media, advertising, digital marketing, SEO, analytics, and website management
• Manage agencies and vendors from briefing and creative direction through quality control and performance evaluation
• Drive lead management and CRM-based nurturing while overseeing market insights, performance reporting, and annual Japan business planning

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above (MBA degree is a plus)
• More than 10 years of marketing experience in Japan
• More than 5 years of people management experience
• Background in B2B marketing for intangible products or services
• Possess valid authorisaiton to work in Japan
• Fluent level Japanese and English

Preferred requirements:

• Experience with CRM and/or marketing automation platforms (e.g. HubSpot)
• Prior real estate or hospitality industry experience
• Proven experience in working in a global environment
