A global financial services company is seeking a Retail & Digital Marketing Associate - AVP. The successful candidate will develop marketing materials, manage digital campaigns, coordinate promotional events, and collaborate with sales and product teams to strengthen client engagement.

Responsibilities:

• Develop marketing materials and digital promotions aligned with brand and product strategies
• Create advertisements and thought leadership content in collaboration with local and global teams using PowerPoint, design tools, or external contractors
• Plan and manage owned media initiatives to enhance client engagement and optimise campaign performance
• Organise promotional events and seminars, evaluating their effectiveness and outcomes
• Collaborate with sales and product teams to deliver comprehensive client support
• Manage marketing projects, including timelines, milestones, resources, and budgets

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• More than 3 years of experience on marketing in financial industry
• Experience on managing SNS accounts
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Possess valid Type I Securities Sales Representative License (証券外務員一種) qualification
• Business level English
