小売・デジタルマーケティング担当副社長/ Retail & Digital Marketing VP

A global financial institution is seeking a Retail & Digital Marketing VP - Director. The successful candidate will support the Head of Marketing and contribute to broader team leadership.

Responsibilities:

• Lead annual and medium-term marketing plans aligned with Japan business priorities and global strategy
• Oversee the development and maintenance of compliant investment product materials and client communications
• Establish marketing governance for approvals, documentation, version control and quality assurance
• Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns aligned with agreed KPIs
• Manage agency relationships, budgets, campaign timelines and performance
• Support the Head of Marketing and develop broader team leadership capabilities

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• Experience in asset management
• Prior experience building sales materials for investment products and leading marketing plans and projects from concept through execution
• Proven experience establishing governance processes and collaborating with sales, product, investment, legal, compliance and global stakeholders
• Previous experience managing agencies, budgets and timelines
• Knowledge of investment products, distribution channels and client communications
• Business level English; proficient in Japanese

Preferred requirements:

• Understanding of digital marketing and events
