グロースマーケター/ Growth Marketer

A leading fintech company is looking for a Growth Marketer. The selected applicant will be in charge of owning user acquisition, retention, and growth strategies while leveraging AI to accelerate experimentation and scale growth.

Responsibilities:

• Design, execute, and analyse rapid A/B tests across paid ads, landing pages, email flows, and product onboarding
• Use generative AI tools to rapidly produce, test, and iterate on ad copy, creative assets, and SEO content at scale
• Monitor and analyse key performance metrics (CAC, LTV, ROAS, Churn) to identify bottlenecks and unlock new growth channels
• Set up and maintain automated marketing funnels using tools to nurture leads with minimal manual overhead
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to optimise the user journey from install to long-term retention

Requirements:

• 2-4 years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or demand generation
• Proven experience using AI tools to speed up content creation, data analysis, or campaign management
• Proficient with analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Mixpanel) and spreadsheet modelling
• Conversational level English

Preferred Requirements:

• Familiarity with modern martech stacks, basic HTML/CSS, or visual automation tools
