マーケティングスタッフ/ Marketing Staff

A renowned education company is looking for a Marketing Staff. The role will manage integrated marketing initiatives from campaign planning through performance analysis. This is a hybrid role.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute webinars, seminars, conferences, and exhibitions
• Manage project timelines, stakeholders, event logistics, and operational processes
• Develop audience-specific email campaigns and automated distribution workflows
• Plan and manage taxi, elevator, business media, search, Facebook, YouTube, and video advertising campaigns
• Improve lead-generation forms and landing pages to increase conversion rates
• Analyse user behaviour, campaign performance, and conversion funnels to optimise results

Requirements:

• More than 3 years of professional work experience
• Experience planning and running seminars, webinars, or conferences
• Prior B2B marketing experience
• Proven experience operating marketing processes using MA/CRM tools
• Previous experience creating email marketing content
• Background in managing initiatives from planning through execution, measurement, and improvement
• Native level Japanese

Preferred requirements:

• Experience at a marketing agency
• Background in Marketing automation and CRM-based campaign management
