A global IT professional services company is hiring a Digital Marketing Specialist (Paid Social). The selected candidate will lead paid social strategies, optimise campaign performance, and collaborate with clients and internal teams. This isa remote setup role.

Responsibilities:

• Develop paid social media strategies aligned with client objectives
• Launch and manage paid campaigns across LINE, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn
• Optimise campaign performance through ongoing measurement and analysis
• Create reports, studies, and presentations for clients
• Present campaign insights in client meetings
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution
• Deliver social media training to internal teams and clients

Requirements:

• More than 2 years of experience activating and optimising paid campaigns on LINE, Meta, TikTok or LinkedIn Ads
• Experience managing complex spreadsheets and handling large data sets
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
• Proficient in Japanese and English
