デジタルマーケティング/ Digital Marketing
An international communications agency is hiring a Digital Marketing professional. The selected candidate will drive digital strategy, manage cross-functional teams, and oversee high-impact campaigns for global and local brands.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement integrated digital marketing strategies aligned with client objectives
- Lead planning, execution, and optimisation of multi-channel campaigns including SEM, social media, display, and influencer marketing
- Evaluate and manage external suppliers and partners to ensure cost-efficiency and quality delivery
- Oversee performance measurement through KPIs and deliver actionable insights
- Contribute to new business development, including client pitches and proposals
- Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing digital marketing team
- Facilitate collaboration across digital, PR, finance, and account teams
- Support board-level decision-making and align strategies with HQ goals
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Digital Media, Business,
Communications, or a related field - More than 8 years of experience in leading digital campaigns for brands or associations in Japan
- Experience with international brands and cross-border campaigns
- Proficient in Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, CRM tools
- Familiarity with emerging technologies such as AI marketing tools and programmatic advertising
- Possess a valid certification in platforms such as Google Certified or Facebook Blueprint is a plus
- Native level Japanese; proficient in verbal and written English (French, Italian, Spanish) are a plus
