A global investment management company is looking for a PR & Corporate Communications professional. The selected candidate will lead external media relations, corporate messaging, executive communications, and internal communications initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute external PR strategies across Bitcoin, technology, and financial media
• Build relationships with journalists, editors, podcast hosts, and influencers in Japan and overseas
• Coordinate press releases, media kits, and briefing materials for corporate announcements and events
• Secure executive interviews and thought leadership opportunities with key media outlets
• Develop consistent corporate messaging aligned with the company’s mission, values, and strategic goals
• Lead internal communications, including newsletters, leadership updates, all-hands meetings, and employee engagement initiatives

Requirements:

• More than 5 years of experience in public relations, corporate communications, or journalism
• Experience in overseeing executive communications, corporate narratives, and sensitive messaging
• Prior experience in corporate communications at a publicly listed company in Japan
• Background with media and securing coverage in national and/or global outlets
• Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills in Japanese and English
• Native level Japanese; business level English

Preferred requirements:

• Experience in tech, finance, or crypto
• Prior background with high-growth companies or entrepreneurial teams
