A renowned cosmetics company is looking for a Brand Cause & Communications Specialist. The selected candidate will lead brand cause programs, internal communications, PR coordination, and stakeholder engagement across CSR initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Plan annual KPIs, budgets, reporting, and donation activities for brand cause programs
• Organise workshops with schools, universities, corporations, NPOs, and public-sector partners
• Manage facilitator training, workshop materials, sponsorships, product donations, and event logistics
• Localise global campaign materials and update brand cause websites and digital communications
• Create newsletters, executive messages, internal updates, surveys, and team communications
• Coordinate interviews, event appearances, media requests, and non-product related inquiries

Requirements:

• Strong networking and relationship-building skills

Preferred requirements:

• Prior experience in Public Relations or Corporate Communications
