ブランドマネージャー/ Brand Manager

A well-known consumer goods company is looking for a Brand Manager. The selected candidate will drive brand growth through marketing strategy, product innovation, commercial initiatives and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities:

• Analyse category trends and the needs of veterinarians and pet owners to guide brand strategies
• Develop marketing plans for product launches, restages, portfolio management and commercial initiatives
• Lead innovation projects and execute marketing plans in collaboration with regional and global teams
• Drive brand growth and customer advocacy through customer-centric marketing initiatives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and agency partners to deliver brand objectives
• Monitor, track and report key performance indicators (KPIs)

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• Prior marketing experience in consumer-packaged goods or the healthcare industry
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Ability to prioritise customer (veterinarian/pet owner) needs, analyse product value, and develop/implement action plans
• Ability to determine key issues, tasks, and resources to lead cross-functional teams and drive projects forward
• Ability and willingness to travel
• Proficient in English
