A renowned international apparel company is seeking a Senior Manager, Brand Activation. The selected candidate will lead brand marketing strategy, campaign planning, and digital initiatives to strengthen brand presence and drive growth.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement brand and campaign strategies to drive awareness and consumer engagement
• Create annual marketing programs and calendars aligned with brand and commercial goals
• Lead content strategy and oversee local content creation to resonate with target audiences
• Drive digital marketing strategies, manage performance analysis, and optimise investments
• Plan and execute omni-channel marketing initiatives to enhance customer experience across touchpoints
• Lead flagship store activation projects to boost brand visibility and community engagement

Requirements:

• More than 8 years of experience in the fashion or lifestyle retail industry
• More than 2 years of experience in people management, managing a team of more than 3 direct reports
• Knowledge of consumer marketing, brand marketing, and campaign planning
• Familiarity with digital marketing, retail, and omnichannel landscape
• Proficient in English
