アシスタントブランドマネージャー/ Assistant Brand Manager

A global luxury consumer goods company is looking for an Emerging Brands Assistant Brand Manager. The selected candidate will execute brand strategies, manage marketing initiatives, and drive insights-led decision-making for premium spirits portfolios.

Responsibilities:

• Support development and execution of brand strategies for emerging spirits portfolio
• Drive marketing projects aligned with annual plans and business objectives
• Lead creative development, campaign adaptation, and activation processes
• Manage product launches including promotional pack development
• Monitor campaign performance, analyse results, and report budget utilisation
• Collaborate with internal teams and agencies to ensure effective brand execution

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in marketing or business administration
• More than 3 years of experience in marketing
• Experience in consumer goods industry
• Prior experience in eCommerce and digital marketing
• Proven marketing experience in luxury industry/products
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Proficient in English and Japanese
