ブランドマネージャー/ Brand Manager

A multinational consumer goods company is seeking a Brand Manager for a Retail Hair Colour Brand. The selected candidate will lead brand strategy, product development, and go-to-market planning to drive brand value, sales growth, and market share expansion.

Responsibilities:

• Develop mid- to long-term brand strategies
• Plan and execute product strategies, including new product launches and renewals
• Deliver internal presentations related to brand and project initiatives
• Present to agencies and retail chains
• Create and manage annual budgets
• Prepare forecasts for new products
• Set KPIs and execute action plans to achieve targets

Requirements:

• Experience in marketing operations
• Experience in project management
• Proficiency in creating materials and analysing data using MS Office Suite
• Proficient in English

Preferred requirements:

• Marketing experience at a multinational company
• Product development experience
