ブランドマーケティングディレクター/ Brand Marketing Director
An international apparel company is searching for a Brand Marketing Director. The chosen applicant will be responsible for driving brand elevation and commercial growth.
Responsibilities:
- Strategise positioning of global and local campaigns and activations to ensure local relevancy, and lead Integrated Marketing Communications from planning to performance review
- Manage annual Brand and Channel Marketing budget with Senior Director, working with finance for monthly tracking, adjustments, and reporting
- Support and lead content strategy and creation, optimising by touchpoint and leveraging Global and Regional assets to address local consumer insights
- Oversee media planning and execution across paid and owned channels, driving new customer acquisition, engagement, and traffic to online and offline platforms
- Grow and manage owned social media platforms, supervising content execution, engagement strategies, and insights sharing with Global and Regional partners
- Develop and execute annual omni-channel marketing programs and national calendars, integrating all consumer touchpoints, online and offline
- Lead shopper marketing by turning consumer and CRM data into actionable insights, creating in-store navigation plans to drive conversions
- Provide market insights and feedback to Global and Regional partners to enhance campaign effectiveness and ensure strategies resonate with local consumers
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in marketing
- More than 10 years of marketing experience (international Retail & Fashion is preferred)
- More than 5 years of experience managing a team of 4 or more people
- Knowledge of Consumer Marketing, Digital Marketing, Retail and Omni-channel landscape
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- International working experience is preferred
- Business level English
