広告マネージャー/ Ads Manager

A fast-growing company in the e-commerce industry is looking for an Ads Manager (Digital Advertising Manager). The selected candidate will plan, manage, optimise, and analyse digital advertising campaigns to maximise traffic, conversions, and sales across the company's e-commerce platforms and online services.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, create, manage, and optimise campaigns across Google Ads, Yahoo! Ads, social media advertising platforms, and email marketing channels
• Conduct bid management and keyword selection
• Monitor campaign performance and execute A/B testing initiatives
• Manage advertising budgets and prepare performance reports
• Collaborate with the marketing team to improve campaign effectiveness
• Analyse advertising data and KPIs, including conversions, cost per acquisition, and return on ad spend
• Work with creative teams to develop landing pages, banners, and advertising assets
• Develop and evaluate customer acquisition, retargeting, upselling, and cross-selling initiatives
• Coordinate advertising campaigns with sales, customer service, and other business teams
• Build, document, and standardise advertising best practices and operational processes

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• Business level English
