A global law firm is looking for a Paralegal, Complex Litigation (Litigation, Investigations & Advisory team). The selected candidate will support complex legal matters, investigations, document preparation, project coordination, and client-facing initiatives. This is a hybrid role.

Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and proofread legal documents and agreements
• Prepare legal memoranda, submissions, and supporting materials
• Support investigations, interviews, client training, and translation activities
• Coordinate project management across a high volume of active legal mandates
• Assist with business development initiatives, articles, and presentation preparation
• Ensure all activities comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in law (English-speaking country is ideal)
• More than 2 years of relevant experience in compliance issues, investigations, and IPO processes
• Experience in English - Mandarin - Japanese translations
• Proficient in MS PowerPoint
• Native level Mandarin and English; professional level written and spoken Japanese
