サブジェクトマターエキスパート/ Subject Matter Expert

A multinational information technology company is looking for a Subject Matter Expert. The selected candidate will support sales, enablement, product strategy, and market engagement for AI-driven IP technology solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Lead product demos, RFP responses, and proposal discussions for IP professionals
• Qualify prospects and position the platform based on client IP workflows
• Monitor competitors, market trends, and AI developments in IP technology
• Train sales teams and deliver SaaS onboarding programmes for clients
• Translate client feedback into product enhancements, bundles, and sales materials
• Represent the business at IP associations, legal events, conferences, and practitioner communities

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in engineering
• More than 5 years of experience in IP, including prior practice as a patent attorney or IP counsel
• Knowledge of IP law and patent prosecution workflows
• Skilled in CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Background in SaaS platform
• Possess valid patent attorney or IP lawyer qualification
• Fluent level written and verbal Japanese and English (Korean is a plus)
