A renowned aviation services company is looking for an Associate, Legal Specialist for its Overseas Team. The selected candidate will support cross-border legal and contract matters while working with multidisciplinary teams across the aviation sector.

Responsibilities:

• Support legal and contract matters related to cross-border aviation transactions
• Review and assist with legal documentation and commercial agreements
• Work with internal teams to strengthen in-house legal capabilities
• Collaborate with professionals across different functions and skill sets
• Apply legal knowledge to broader business and operational challenges
• Contribute to problem-solving beyond traditional legal work

Requirements:

• Experience in contract drafting and review
• Native level English; proficient in Japanese is a plus

Preferred requirements:

• Admitted in a common law jurisdiction
• Experience in Aircraft transactions
