コントラクトレビューアー/ Contract Reviewer

A global construction firm is looking for a Contract Reviewer. The selected candidate will review contracts, support risk management processes, coordinate insurance-related matters, and advise operational teams on contractual issues.

Responsibilities:

• Review contracts and identify key commercial and legal risks
• Coordinate with insurance brokers to confirm coverage and address queries
• Advise operational teams on contractual matters and client negotiations
• Support risk management processes to resolve issues and speed up contract completion
• Improve risk management tools, systems, and internal processes
• Lead contract negotiations when capability is demonstrated

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in law
• Experience of reviewing/re-drafting contracts
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Possess valid legal qualification
• Fluent level English and Japanese
