チームリーダー – 法務オペレーションズ/ Team Lead – Legal Operations

A renowned fintech company is seeking a Team Lead – Legal Operations. The selected candidate will oversee the daily legal operations of the Tokyo Tax Team and act as the primary contact for complex legal and tax matters. This is a long-term contract role.

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations including workflow planning and quality control
• Act as escalation point for complex legal and tax-related issues
• Review and respond to legal and tax documents related to customer accounts
• Perform legal procedures such as fund holds and seizure processing
• Coordinate with tax offices and legal authorities for case handling
• Guide team members and support onboarding, training, and process improvement

Requirements:

• Experience reviewing and responding to legal or tax-related documentation
• Prior experience overseeing team workflow or mentoring team members
• Knowledge with procedures involving local tax offices and government inquiries
• Native level spoken and written Japanese; business level English
