弁護士/ Lawyer

A global professional services firm is seeking a Lawyer. The selected candidate will handle M&A, compliance, regulatory advice, finance law, and labor issues while collaborating with international experts. This position is based in Osaka.

Responsibilities:

• Advise on corporate legal matters including contract negotiations and compliance with domestic and international regulations
• Provide legal support for M&A and corporate restructuring including due diligence, negotiations, and regulatory filings
• Handle labor-related matters such as harassment cases, work-hour regulations, and labor disputes
• Advise on financial regulations and oversee transactions including loans, securitisation, and fintech-related matters
• Manage real estate and tax-related legal issues including litigation support and audits
• Collaborate with professionals across legal, consulting, and tax fields within a global network

Requirements:

• Experience in corporate legal affairs at a law firm
• Prior experience as an in-house lawyer
• Excellent project management skills
• Possess valid lawyer qualifications
• Business level reading, written, and spoken English (TOEIC 800+)
