弁護士/ Lawyer

A global professional services firm is looking for a Lawyer. The selected candidate will handle a wide range of corporate legal matters including M&A, compliance, labor issues, and financial regulation in collaboration with multidisciplinary experts. This position is based in Nagoya.

Responsibilities:

• Advise on corporate legal issues including contracts, compliance, and cross-border regulations
• Support domestic and cross-border M&A, corporate restructuring, and PMI activities
• Handle labor and HR legal matters such as harassment claims, work hour compliance, and litigation representation
• Provide legal support in financial regulation, registration, and cross-border financial transactions
• Assist with legal matters related to fintech, real estate, and leasing
• Collaborate with tax, audit, and consulting professionals locally and globally

Requirements:

• Experience in corporate legal affairs at a law firm
• Prior experience as an in-house lawyer
• Excellent project management skills
• Possess valid lawyer qualifications
• Business level reading, written, and spoken English (TOEIC 800+)
