規制コンプライアンス専門マネージャー/ Regulatory Compliance Manager

An international food manufacturer is seeking a Regulatory Compliance Expert Manager. The selected candidate will oversee regulatory assessments and ensure compliance for pet food and snack food products in Japan. This is a hybrid role.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct regulatory assessments for ingredients, recipes, products, labels, and claims to ensure compliance with Japanese laws and business commitments
• Approve artwork and coordinate input from SRA, Legal, and Corporate Affairs for compliant packaging
• Monitor regulatory updates, engage with external associations, and communicate changes to relevant teams
• Collaborate with global and regional SRA teams to implement digital transformation projects
• Support non-compliance reporting, PRIMPS handling, and SRA-related documentation
• Drive process improvements, foster team engagement, and contribute to talent development initiatives

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in food science, food engineering, or related science
• More than 5 years of experience in a similar role in an FMCG company
• Experience in regulatory compliance, quality, and food safety exposure
• Possess valid Veterinarian certification is a plus
• Fluent level spoken English
