テクニカルライター/ Technical Writer

A renowned technology company is looking for a Technical Writer (Bilingual Content Writing Specialist). The selected candidate will develop high-quality, engaging AI training materials, contributing to strategic initiatives across the organisation. This is a contract role.

Responsibilities:

• Review and analyse internal use cases of AI applications submitted by business units
• Identify and propose practical AI examples for employee training content
• Lead or contribute to brainstorming and collaborative content planning sessions
• Align with business stakeholders to ensure effective training goals and messaging
• Co-develop training materials with producers and designers
• Write clear, concise, and engaging content in both Japanese and English for training use
• Proactively manage content development tasks and ensure consistent delivery

Requirements:

• Familiarity with AI concepts and applications
• Excellent writing, editing, and attention to detail in both Japanese and English
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Comfortable collaborating with international and culturally diverse teams
• Native level Japanese; business level written and verbal English (TOEIC 800+)
