テクニカルサポートエンジニア/ Technical Support Engineer

A global software solutions company is looking for a Technical Support Engineer. The selected candidate will provide technical expertise and customer support using AI-based platforms and simulation tools.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support using AI and simulation tools to solve engineering challenges
• Promote customer success and satisfaction in software usage and deployment
• Report product defects, suggest improvements, and test new features
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
• Create and update technical content for internal and external use
• Participate in team initiatives and continuously expand technical knowledge

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in mechanical or chemical engineering or a relevant domain
• More than 2 years of experience in an engineering software setting
• 2-3 years of experience in customer-facing roles related to engineering simulation software is a plus
• Knowledge of commercial CAE software packages
• Understanding of structural analysis, explicit dynamics, heat transfer, and numerical methods
• Ability and willingness to travel is ideal
• Fluent level reading and written Japanese; proficient in written and verbal English
