アプリケーションエンジニア/ Applications Engineer

A global electronics manufacturing company is looking for an Applications Engineer. The selected candidate will provide technical support, product expertise, system design guidance and training to dealers and customers.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support through phone, remote assistance and on-site service
• Maintain expert knowledge of products, technologies and applications
• Develop solutions for technical issues, product selection and AV system design
• Deliver product information and technical guidance to customers
• Maintain professional communication with dealers and clients throughout issue resolution
• Conduct technical and product training for dealers and key accounts
• Collaborate with regional teams to identify customer needs and sales opportunities
• Support trade shows, conferences and other marketing events

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in computer engineering, information systems, electrical engineering, electronics technology, computer programming, or enrolled in a BS program
• 3-5 years of experience in A/V Integration, Help Desk, or Technical Support
• Knowledge of Ethernet networking technologies
• Proficient in MS Office Suite

Preferred requirements:

• Experience with C#, Microsoft PowerShell, BacNET/IP and SIP/VOIP
