ミドルオフィスアプリケーションサポート/ Middle Office Application Support

An Application Support role is now open in a global financial services company. The chosen applicant will be in charge of supporting trading and post-trade applications, working closely with business, operations, development, and technology teams.

Responsibilities:

• Support Middle Office and post-trade applications used across the Equities business
• Support trade allocation workflows, including FIX allocation
• Investigate trade booking, allocation, position, and downstream processing issues
• Monitor production applications, interfaces, data flows, and batch processes
• Perform incident investigation, root-cause analysis, and production issue resolution
• Work directly with Middle Office, Front Office, Operations, and development teams
• Support releases, system upgrades, testing, and production changes
• Coordinate with regional and global technology teams

Requirements:

• Experience supporting Middle Office applications within an investment bank, securities firm, or broker-dealer
• Experience with trade allocation and FIX-based workflows
• Application Support, Production Support, or Trade Support background
• Strong understanding of trade lifecycle and post-trade processing
• Strong troubleshooting and production support skills
  

Preferred Requirements:

• Equities experience, particularly Cash Equities or Equity Derivatives
• Experience with electronic trading or trading platforms
• Exposure to FIX, Fidessa, Ullink, or similar trading technologies
• Experience with NRI STAR / I-STAR or similar securities processing platforms
• SQL and Unix/Linux experience
• Experience supporting trading or post-trade applications in an APAC environment
• Knowledge of trade booking, positions, allocations, confirmations, and reconciliation
