ITサポート/ IT Support

A multinational technology company is looking for an IT Support. The selected candidate will manage and maintain IT infrastructure, support users, maintain network and security systems, and collaborate on system operations and projects.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and maintain server health, including regular backups, updates, and patches in coordination with Group IT in Denmark
• Manage and optimise network operations to ensure high availability and performance
• Implement and maintain security measures, including firewall and antivirus/malware management
• Provide timely technical support and resolve IT issues for employees
• Install and configure hardware and software to ensure efficient operation of IT resources
• Maintain detailed documentation for IT systems and procedures in coordination with Group IT
• Participate in IT projects, including system upgrades and new implementations

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Proven experience as an IT Systems Administrator or in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of operating systems such as Windows and Linux and database management
• Experience in network administration and security protocols
• Fluent level English and Japanese (JLPT N1)

Preferred requirements:

• Possess valid certifications such as MCSE, CCNA, or CompTIA
