アナリスト/ Analyst
A global entertainment company is looking for an Analyst. The selected candidate will provide frontline technical support, manage incidents and devices, and ensure a consistent, high-quality support experience across channels. This is a contract role.
Responsibilities:
- Provide end-user support via walk-up, phone, remote tools, and desk-side assistance
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, identity, and connectivity issues within SLAs
- Create, triage, and manage incidents and service requests in ITSM platforms
- Troubleshoot devices and coordinate repairs with OEM vendors and internal teams
- Install and configure software, drivers, and endpoint settings using deployment tools
- Support identity access, asset lifecycle management, and on-site network needs
Requirements:
- Professional level Japanese and English
