テクニカルアカウントマネージャー/ Technical Account Manager
A global data resilience and cybersecurity technology company is looking for a Technical Account Manager. The selected candidate will lead technical consulting engagements, manage customer projects, and deliver data protection and availability solutions while collaborating closely with customers and internal stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Lead planning, coordination, and delivery of professional services engagements
- Support solution design, implementation planning, and effort estimation
- Deliver implementation and consulting services aligned with data protection solutions
- Manage project schedules, stakeholder communication, and project execution
- Troubleshoot post-implementation issues and optimise customer environments
- Develop technical documentation and best practices
- Deliver customer training and knowledge transfer sessions
- Support pre-sales activities and identify opportunities to expand solutions
- Act as a liaison between customers and technical support teams
- Drive continuous improvement of technical processes and documentation
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field
- Experience with virtualisation technologies such as VMware and Hyper-V
- Hands-on experience with backup and data protection technologies
- Understanding of storage and backup architectures including NetApp, Dell, and HPE
- Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure
- Knowledge of cybersecurity fundamentals and backup or disaster recovery best practices
- Experience in consulting, implementation, or project delivery
- Ability to understand customer requirements and propose suitable technical solutions
- Business level Japanese; conversational level English
Preferred requirements:
- Possess valid relevant certifications such as VMware or Microsoft certifications
