プリセールス アソシエイトコンサルタント/ Presales Associate Consultant

An international IT software solutions company is seeking a Presales Associate Consultant. The selected candidate will support partners and customers, deliver solution training, and contribute to technical enablement and product evangelism.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical and business support to partners and customers to effectively position solutions
• Present and demonstrate solutions at partner events
• Create solution documents to address partner and customer needs
• Deliver training to partner SEs and sales staff with support from senior team members
• Instruct partners and customers through seminars and hands-on training
• Maintain hands-on training environments
• Present and demonstrate solutions at corporate events
• Create outbound messages, white papers, and blog articles for the domestic market
• Respond to inquiries through the direct call centre
• Support internal teams by educating sales representatives during new product releases

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• More than 3 years of experience as an IT engineer
• Proficient in communication and people skills
• Ability to create simple, easy-to-understand documents
• Native level Japanese; basic level English

Preferred requirements:

• Experience in IT infrastructure such as OS, server, network, virtualisation, and cloud
• Experience in data resiliency solutions such as backup/restore or BaaS/DRaaS
• Possess valid IT-related certifications such as MCP, PMP, or DBA
