地域パートナー営業リーダー/ Regional Partner Sales Leader

An international IT software consultancy company is looking for a Regional Partner Sales Leader, Pacific Rim. The selected candidate will drive partner-led revenue growth by leading channel strategy, partner performance, and commercial execution across assigned regions. This is a hybrid setup role.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive business growth through assigned partner channels across Japan, South Korea, and the Pacific region in alignment with overall partner and offer strategy
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for managed partners, adding value to complex sales engagements by positioning solutions at an executive level
  • Lead cross-functional coordination to ensure partner adherence to programs, policies, contracts, training, and certification requirements
  • Develop and execute partner growth and development plans by aligning strategies, resources, and capabilities to sales objectives
  • Create and manage annual joint business plans covering marketing, sales, presales, support, and training
  • Deliver monthly performance analyses with clear insights and recommended actions
  • Oversee partner compliance with company programs, policies, and trade and ethical standards
  • Manage partner and customer escalations to ensure timely resolution and relationship continuity

Requirements:

  • 10-15 years of enterprise-level software sales and/or partner management experience
  • Proven experience managing channel partners, value-added resellers, and sales teams across the Pacific Rim region
  • Experience with Operations Technology (OT) applications and industrial software solutions
  • People leadership experience with a track record of developing and leading teams
  • Solid understanding of channel and distributor ecosystems within the OT domain
  • Ability and willingness to travel within assigned markets and across APAC
  • Proficient in Japanese

Preferred requirements:

  • Experience driving subscription-based revenue and ARR business models
  • Knowledge of industrial software platforms related to operations control, asset performance, or engineering applications
  • Strong cultural awareness across APAC markets and ability to collaborate effectively in diverse environments
