シニアソリューション&サービスエグゼクティブ/ Sr. Solutions & Services Executive
An international technology company is looking for a Senior Solutions and Services Executive. The selected candidate will lead complex enterprise solutions sales, build long-term client relationships, develop account strategies, and deliver technology solutions that support customers' digital transformation journeys.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end services sales cycle from customer engagement to deal closure
- Collaborate with sales, finance, service delivery, customers and business partners to deliver customer solutions
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with large commercial customers
- Partner with Client Managers and Service and Solution Domain Specialists to deliver account strategies
- Develop account plans and customer engagement strategies
- Serve as a trusted advisor to C-level executives on strategic technology solutions
- Present Digital Workplace Solutions, Device as a Service, Infrastructure as a Service and related offerings to customers
- Evaluate customer opportunities through RFPs, RFQs and direct engagements
- Monitor industry trends and competitive activities to strengthen solution positioning
- Identify new business opportunities and grow existing customer accounts
- Utilise Microsoft Dynamics and reporting tools to manage forecasting and sales performance
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field
- More than 8 years of experience in solutions and services roles within the IT or technology sector
- Experience selling multi-year managed services agreements to large enterprise customers
- In-depth knowledge of Digital Workplace Solutions (DWS) and Device as a Service (DaaS)
- Ability and willingness to travel
